View notifications

When you receive a notification, a preview box appears in the top-right corner of the page that shows the time it was received and the notification type. The notification icon 
also updates with the number of unread notifications.
To view the full notification, click the preview box or the notification icon. This opens the Notifications panel.
Notifications panel
The Notifications panel displays the 25 most recent notifications.
- Click Show More to open the next 25 notifications.
- Click the X in the top-right corner to remove a single notification from the panel, or click Dismiss All
to remove all notifications. - Click the History
icon to view all notifications.
Notification types
Notifications are divided into five types:
- Xactware: Official announcements from Xactware. Click the notification to view more information in a new browser tab.
- Claim: Notifications related to specific claims. Click the notification to go to the claim.
- User: Notifications specifically for the user.
- Xactware ID: Notifications related to your Xactware ID. Click the notification to go to the Account Settings page.
- Message: Notifications from administrators. Click the notification to mark it as read. If an attachment is included, it opens in a new browser tab.
