View notifications in Xactimate One claims portal

When you receive a notification, a preview appears in the top right-hand corner that shows when and what kind of notification was received. The notification icon 
is also updated with the number of unread notifications.
To view the full notification, click on the preview or the notification icon. The Notifications panel appears.
Notification panel
The Notification panel displays the 25 most recent notifications.
- Click Show More to open the next 25 notifications.
- Click the
in the top right-hand corner to remove a single notification from the Notification panel, or click Dismiss All 
to remove all notifications. - Click the History
icon to view all notifications.
Notification types
Notifications are divided into five types:
- Xactware: Official announcements from Xactware. Click on the notification to view more information in a new browser tab.
- Project: Notifications related to specific assignments. Click on the notification to go to the assignment.
- User: Notifications specifically for the user.
- Xactware ID: Notifications related to your Xactware ID. Click on the notification to go to the Account Settings page.
- Message: Notifications from administrators. Click on the notification to mark it as read. If an attachment is included, it will open in a new browser tab.
