Add documents, images, and videos to a claim

1. Within a claim, click the Media tab.
2. Click ADD MEDIA.
3. Select one or more files to attach to the claim.
4. Click Open. A thumbnail of the file appears at the bottom of the page along with the date it was uploaded.

To add media on your mobile device, tap the camera button . You can then choose to upload files from your media library, upload documents from device storage, or capture pictures and videos with your device's camera.
