Deactivate users

You can deactivate users that don't currently need access to your account. When a user is deactivated, they still appear in your list of users, but you can't assign claim roles to them.

  1. Click Admin in the left-hand navigation.
  2. Select Users.
  3. Click a user's name in the list.
  4. Click the deactivate user icon .
  5. Click OK to confirm deactivation.
To reactivate a user, double-click the user's name in the list and select the Is Active check box.
