Deactivate a user in Xactimate One claims portal

Users who are not currently using Xactimate One can be deactivated. When a user is deactivated, they will still appear in your list of users, but they will not be assigned a licence. This feature allows administrators to control licence usage, reducing the need to pay for licences that aren't being used.

  1. Click Admin in the left-hand navigation.
  2. Select Users.
  3. Click a user's name in the list.
  4. Click the Deactivate User icon .
  5. Click OK to confirm deactivation.
  6. To reactivate a user, edit the user and assign a licence.
