Deactivate a user in Xactimate One claims portal
Users who are not currently using Xactimate One can be deactivated. When a user is deactivated, they will still appear in your list of users, but they will not be assigned a licence. This feature allows administrators to control licence usage, reducing the need to pay for licences that aren't being used.
- Click Admin in the left-hand navigation.
- Select Users.
- Click a user's name in the list.
- Click the Deactivate User icon .
- Click OK to confirm deactivation.
- To reactivate a user, edit the user and assign a licence.
