View account changes in Xactimate One claims portal

Admin users can access the Audit Log to see a record of all changes made within their organisation's account.

For each entry in the Audit Log, Xactimate One retrieves account data and displays the following information about the user who made the changes:

  • Date and time
  • IP address
  • Xactware ID (XID)
  • Changes made

View the details of an Audit Log entry

Entries in the Audit Log are read-only. However, you can review the JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) details for each item to more fully understand the estimate changes.

  1. In Xactimate One, click Admin.
  2. Select Audit Log.
  3. Click Details on the log entry you want to review. The detailed changes are displayed in JSON.
  4. When you are finished, click Hide to close the detailed view.

Filter the Audit Log view

  1. In Xactimate One, click Admin.
  2. Select Audit Log.
  3. To filter by Entry group, click the drop-down arrow. Select one of the following: 
    • All
    • Users 
    • User Groups 
    • Vendor Management
    • Licenses 
    • Transactions 
    • Account Settings
    • Service Areas
    • Project Settings
  4. To filter log entries by date, click the drop-down arrow next to Minimum entry date or Maximum entry date, and select a date on the calendar.
