Add a closed reason in Xactimate One claims portal

Define the reasons your adjusters can choose from when they close a claim.

  1. Under Admin, click Project Settings.
  2. Click the Claim tab.
  3. In the Closed Reason section, click ADD REASON.
  4. Enter the name for the closed reason (such as "Cash settlement" or "Cancelled").
  5. Click DONE.
  6. Scroll down to the SAVE button, beneath the Claim Information Template section.
  7. If you are done making changes to the Claim tab, click SAVE.
  8. Click to make your changes accessible to all users on your account.
