Send notifications to users in Xactimate One claims portal

  1. Under Admin, select Admin Notifications.
  2. Click the  button at the top of the page. The Add Notification panel appears.  
  3. Click the Recipients field to select who will receive the notifications. Select All UsersUser Groups, or Users with a License
    If you select User Groups or Users with a License, you can select a User Group or license type.  
  4. Enter the notification text.   
  5. Enter a URL or upload a document. 
    Only one attachment can be added to a notification.  
  6. Click SEND.
