Edit a user group in Xactimate One claims portal

  1. In Xactimate One, click Admin. 
  2. Select User Groups.
  3. Select a user group.
  4. Click the  icon. The Edit User Group drawer opens.
  5. You can change the license type and platform(s). You can also change the answers to the User Group Account Rights and User Group Admin Rights.
  6. Click SAVE GROUP to save your changes.
