View your task calendar
Your task calendar allows you to easily view when your tasks with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are due. When you're assigned a role in a claim, your designated tasks with SLAs are automatically uploaded to your calendar.
Access
To access your task calendar, click Calendar in the left-hand navigation.
Features
Colored circles appear on dates with tasks related to a claim. The color represents the amount of time until the the SLA is due:
- Green means there is more than 24 hours remaining until the deadline.
- Yellow means there is less than 24 hours remaining until the deadline.
- Red means the deadline has passed.
You can click a date to open the Tasks panel. This panel displays a list of the tasks due that day, their due date and time, and links to the task list and dashboard for their associated claims.
