Create a user group in Xactimate One claims portal

  1. In Xactimate One, click Admin.
  2. Select User Groups.
  3. Click the  button. The New User Group drawer opens.
  4. Enter a name for the group.
  5. Select a license type and platform(s).
  6. Select which Account Rights and Admin Rights you want this group to have.
  7. Click Save Group.
