Create a new user role in Xactimate One claims portal

  1. Under Admin, select Project Settings.
  2. Select the Roles tab.
  3. Click .
  4. Enter a name, and select a level.
  5. Enter a description for the role.
  6. Select which permissions this role will have.
  7. Select any workflow tasks that this role will be responsible for.
  8. Click .
  9. Click .
